Why??

Why does it turned that way?

The shock just shunning me away.

When a son asks an egg, will the dad give’em a scorpion?

Does God’s will needs mortals ego and petty reason?

Hated by many confronted by none,

Human’s redemption gained ages ago by God’s son,

Open your hands and proclaim Romans 10.9,

Yet Its your comfort I seek to be fine.

Hands clasped, knees bent and head bowed,

From the multitudes chosen few stood out,

Thirsty souls cry in unison, proclaiming praise,

No matter how far we astray, you pulled me back,

Opened my eyes pulled the thorn out of my neck,

And now Lord what I wait for? My hope is in you,

A long-shot as it seems, YOU know better than me its true,

At the same time will I have the courage to seek his mercy?

Be blessing to have my soul healed, for I have sinned against HE.

Blessing that we forgot, Blessing that we forgot,

Product of our ignorance and revolt

Do you remember Elijah’s blessings over Elisha,

And no weapon made against him shall prosper.

LORD

I yearn for your anointing to be rained over me,

For all I have is consecrated all to thee.

And mankind would Proclaim their hearts and stand on their feet,

All I want All I need, Is in You Lord True Indeed,

Never once you forsake me, You supply my needs; Its Your mercy.
